24/04/2018: Condover Hall
Y5's Condover Hall letters have been sent out ready for their residential in Year 6.
Dates to remember:
Friday 4th May 2018: £10 deposit and consent form needs to be handed in to the school office
Thursday 24th May 2018: Information meeting
Friday 20th July 2018: The remaining £40 will need to be paid.
Residential Dates: Monday 17th September 2018- Wednesday 19th September 2018.
KS2 After School Sports Club (Thursday)
KS1 After School Sports Club (Tuesday)
Choir numbers have not changed. If your child attends choir practice on a Monday please send them as normal.
If your child has not been offered a place in any of the After School Sports Clubs they will placed onto our waiting lists and will need to be collected at normal time of 3:15pm.
15/02/2018: Nursery Places for 3/4 year olds: If you are interested in sending your child to our nursery please come into the school office to complete a form.
13/03/2018: All Sports Club(s) cancelled
Due to unforeseen circumstances our after school sports clubs are
cancelled until further notice. This includes Tuesday (yrs 1 and 2), Wednesday (3 and 4) Thursday (5 and 6).
Monday Choir will be on as normal.
Children will need to be collected at normal time of 3:15pm.

16.04.2018: Author James Bishop Visit - Wednesday 18th April 2018
We are delighted to welcome the author James Bishop to school on Wednesday 18th April to talk to KS2 about his debut book 'Iguana Boy Saves the World with a Triple Cheese Pizza' . There will be an opportunity for children to buy a signed copy of his book on the day for a small cost of £6.99.
There is a lot happening in school in the next couple of weeks.
Fund Raising – Non School uniform (Sporty Clothes only)
On Friday 23rd March children are invited to pay £1 and wear their sports clothes for Sports Relief. All money raised will be donated to Sports Relief.
Thursday 29th March at 9am there will be a Celebration Assembly, celebrating children’s achievements and attendances. All parents are welcome.
Easter Bonnet Parade
At 2pm on Thursday 29th March there will be an Easter Bonnet Parade for EYFS and Key Stage 1. They have been asked to make an Easter bonnet and bring it in to school for the parade during the Traditional Easter Assembly. All parents welcome.
Key Stage 2 children can pre decorate eggs at home, which will be judged at school on Thursday.
26/02/2018: Reminder: This week we will be celebrating World Book week. This is where the children will be doing lots of exciting work based on their favourite books! On Thursday 1st March we are asking that all children dress up as their favourite book character for World Book Day.
15:02/2018: REMINDER: School is open as normal tomorrow.
It is Y5's Mexican Day tomorrow, where all children are asked to dress in Red/White or Green (Please arrive to school in the Mexican Colours).
It is also Y3's Chinese New Year Celebration where all children are asked to wear something red. Please send your child in their school uniform to change.
15/02/2018: PARENT GOVERNOR ELECTIONS: Every child will have brought a Nomination form for the election of a Parent Governor home on Thursday 15th February. Please note all completed forms must be returned to the school office by Thursday 2nd May 2018.
06/02/2018: Reminder: There will be no After School Sports Club for Years 3 and 4 on Wednesday 6th February 2018. If you would like to book your child into our Sunflowers club please contact the school office on 0121 464 1038. This service will be £7 per child, per session.

31/01/2018: We are aware of road closures in Erdington due to an accident (Gravelly Lane/South Road/Summer Lane). 29/01/2018: Esther is holding a coffee morning with the WEA (adult education provider) on Wednesday 31st January at 9am. They provide free courses in Maths and English for parents/carers at Court Farm. All welcome to come along and have a coffee and a chat. (Mav Me/Court Farm app)
