Local Authority policy is that children are admitted to school in the September following their fourth birthday. Places are offered in the following order of priority:

  • To a child in the care of the Local Authority
  •  To a child with a statement of EHCP that names this school (this is rare)
  •  To children with siblings already in the school
  • To those living nearest to the school


The closing date for Reception 2019 applications is 15th January 2019.

Prospective parents are welcome to make an appointment to visit and see the school at work. Once a place has been allocated, you will be given a date in the summer term when your child can meet their new teacher when you will receive further information about the school.
